Fantastic Stay with Unforgettable Breakfast

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Double Room and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location couldn't be better. right in the heart of Coniston with convenient access to attractions. The breakfast was simply outstanding, featuring locally sourced ingredients that made every bite memorable. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. One area for improvement would be to have more parking spaces available, as it can be a bit tricky to find a spot during busy hours.

Had a last minute stay and was super comfy in the top room! The shower was tiny but the rainhead was awesome. Breakfast was on point and the staff made it feel like home. Food prices at the restaurant seemed a bit steep. nice vibe and warm welcomes from the crew!

We had a lovely night where the food was a real highlight, especially the sea bass and chicken leek pie we devoured! The sun terrace was perfect for a morning coffee and unwinding after our trek. Just a heads-up, the hallway decor could use a little refresh, but it didn't take away from our enjoyment. 😊

Clean room, warm towels, with a cheerful breakfast welcome from a member of staff and very tasty hollandaise eggs that made our stay enjoyable.

Enjoyed a two-night stay in a cozy budget double room. The staff were friendly, but some meals, like the pancakes, missed the mark. Try The Black Bull for a heartier meal nearby, but for great service, stick close to the inn’s bar. Bring your own pillows for comfort!

Loved the location—so handy for local hikes and just a stone's throw from the lake! The pub’s cozy vibes and top-notch grub had me feeling right at home. Breakfast was a dream too. plenty to choose from that really hit the spot.
